Preservation Storage, LLC. is the only facility in Washington County with both temperature control and humidity control equipment. Our facility is equiped with exterior passage doors leading to interior garage doors, thus providing superior conditions for regulating temperature and humidity . Survelance cameras monitor the facility continuously.

Our office manage is on site during office hours (9 - 5 Monday thru Friday and Saturday mornings. Our paved parking and drive through areas are designed to accomodate 18 wheel trucks for loading and unloading. Discretely situated and set back from the highway, the exterior is properly lighted for access, 24 hours a day. Our tenants include antique dealers, businesses requiring document storage, homeowners who value their possessions and commercial vendors who warehouse their products pending delivery.
